Why We Develop the Signs of Vitamin D Deficiency?

Many people want to know what triggers a vitamin D deficiency problem, and well, since we get this vitamin through the rays of the Sun, we know that improper exposure to sunshine and excessive use of sunscreen can lead to lower levels of vitamin D.

Other factor that can contribute to the levels of vitamin D in your body is a malabsorption problem. Once you are exposed to the vitamin or ingest it, you need to process it. Unfortunately there are some people that are unable to fully process the vitamin normally because of interference by certain conditions and even medications.

This problem needs to be treated swiftly in order to avoid the development of the vitamin d deficiency symptoms, which include osteoporosis, rickets and osteomalacia. Basically the same problem with bone and muscle strength but in different stages of life.
